Free Advice Clinic
We provide advice on every aspect of living with kidney disease as a long-term health condition, from diagnosis, dialysis, recruitment, job retention or employment advice, to organ donation and post-transplant life. If you have a question about any of these areas, we encourage you to contact us or book an appointment to attend our free advice clinic in our office or online. Our staff are always happy to help and answer questions as well as address concerns.
Our free advice clinics are a great way to continue to provide our service users with the expert support they need and allay fears. We’re always on the lookout for new topics to cover, and we find that more often than not, people contact us asking for advice on a particular topic. We are always happy to hear your questions and suggestions from our service users. We are proud of the work we do, and we take pride in our services.
It is important to not only ask the right questions, but also to listen and learn from service users, during an appointment. This is to maintain a dialogue.
